Using our combination of Holistic Counselling, Sound Healing and frequency-based Natural Therapies, these sessions address immediate and long-term needs for holistic health and wellbeing.

In these sessions we explore the energetic patterns held in your thoughts, nervous system, your body, and your energy field. We also explore how these messages are translating as emotions, pain, aches and organ/system dysfunction in the body and work towards restoring balance, harmony and functionality.
