Prior to having these sessions I was experiencing bloating, stomach cramps and lots of pain around the stomach region.
I was wanting to improve my general wellbeing and have no more stomach issues, so I thought I would try sound healing. Emily was fantastic, explaining everything. I really valued feeling better each time I had a session. I have noticed that I am sleeping better, am feeling less bloated, and the stomach cramps and pain have gone. Emily gave me some tips and strategies for between sessions that helped a lot to ease the bloating and pain. Life is now more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Emily and her work to anyone. This is natural and works!

I was carrying a lot of emotional baggage which I had pushed down and never properly dealt with. I was unbalanced and lacked control over my feelings and reactions. I had isolated myself and struggled to enjoy myself in general. I tried these session more out of curiosity. I found it to be so relaxing –like a warm hug. I felt like I was understood and accepted and I valued the safe space and chance to be vulnerable which was something I had been terrified of. Emily's sessions helped me shift my perspective from feeling misunderstood and confused to simply accepting myself and my circumstances and having the ability to healthily process scenarios and emotions that would have previously sent me into turmoil. I have noticed an immense increase in quiet confidence and trust in myself which has had positive follow-on effects. I also have felt acceptance and noticed I am much calmer with reduced stress and anxiety.

“When the opportunity came for me to try these sessions I had nothing to lose. I had just had my kids taken away from my care by the state, just had broken up with my partner, and had just started to get clean from a 20 years drug habit. It was in the most confronting, challenging, and perplexing time in my adult life. Coming into my first session I kept a completely open mind but failed to see how such a therapy could truly help me. After all it was just a bunch of sounds and noises – or so I thought. My Practitioner Emily, was a fantastic person to run my sessions. She is understanding, knowledgeable, and not judgmental in any way. She made me feel very comfortable which allowed me to be completely transparent and therefore allowed the full positive effect of Sound Healing to be gained. Troubles sleeping was my greatest concern at the time and just one session on that helped me get to sleep and stay asleep like I never thought I could. The mental struggle of addiction and good clean living is what we worked on over the next 2 sessions and I’m proud to say I am today 3 months clean from substances and living in a completely healthy and improved head space. My overall well-being and mental health is by far the biggest and best outcome that these sessions have given me and I would 100% recommend it to anyone with an open mind looking to get more out of life. “I find the sessions very relaxing and calming. Emily is a very calm healer and very informative. She explains each step of the process and helps me to explore areas of my life and routine that can be improved with Sound. Even if you consider yourself to be a well-balanced individual, like me you probably still have things in your life that you don’t handle as well as you would like, like stress or pressure at work or self-criticism. I find this therapy process very beneficial in balancing and reducing the low points in my day to day life. It was a great opportunity to have some bonding time together. Before the sessions I hadn’t had a day nap in months as I couldn’t switch off my brain. Since the sessions I’ve been having day naps and I’ve been sleeping better. My daughter’s constipation issues have resolved and she has regular bowel movements and is sleeping better now too.
